Water Damage

Assessment. Water Extraction. Renovation. Water Proofing

Water damage can be caused by many factors...
Unfortunately, most of us will experience some form of water damage to our property in our lifetime.  Water damage can result from a number of things such as storms, flooding, leaking or malfunctioning appliances, sewage backup, damage from putting out a fire, broken pipes or plumbing, and overflowing toilets, tubs or sinks.  If left untreated not only will water damage affect the structural components and contents of your property, but if the affected areas are not treated the appearance of mold is likely to increase.  This is why it is crucial to begin our water damage restoration process immediately.

Our first step is to assess the extent of your damage and to inspect your property so that we are able to properly map out a restoration plan.  With the help of our moisture detectors and hygrometers, our experts will locate the areas of moisture and determine which walls, floors, ceilings, and contents will need to be removed.  All savageable contents will be packed up by our team and we will provide storage if needed.

We can then begin the drying process with the help of our pumps, air movers and dehumidifiers.  Our portable pumps extract all excess water while our air movers and dehumidifiers will remove moisture to help prevent further structural damage such as warping of the floors and walls.

Our Castle Restoration certified team will also imply the use of sanitizers, fungicides and deodorants to eliminate any fungi growth, mildew, bacteria or their unruly odors.  Mold growth can be a problem in itself so taking steps for mold prevention and mold remediation are a crucial step in our process.

We will then be able to continue our comprehensive water damage restoration with timely demolition, reconstruction, and post construction clean up to help get you back in your home or business as soon as possible.
